WHO: ages 11 to 17
After paying for this class, you will receive an email that will be requesting basic information about the student who is registering for class, and if there are any food allergies we need to alert other students about (such as peanut allergies), as there will be chances to eat snacks during breaks and we will have a pizza party on the final day.
WHAT: This course will equip new or hopeful babysitters with essential skills and knowledge to confidently and safely care for children, including how to handle emergencies and start a babysitting business.
Each class will have three blocks of about 45min of instruction with breaks in between. Snacks are definitely allowed but will need to be eaten in the kitchen area during short breaks.

We have the use of two private conference rooms near bathrooms with comfortable tables and chairs, along with enough space to move around when doing cpr and other skills practice. Parents are welcome to hang out nearby in the kitchen area or in sound proof cellphone booths, if you'd like to stay during the class.
WHEN: Class Meets on 9/27, 10/4, 10/11 and 10/18 - student must attend all classes to receive certification
Class meets at 3pm to 5:15pm and will have short breaks throughout each class
