Refund policy
OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that rescheduling may need to happen. Please email us at info@ababysittersbusiness.com at least 48 hours before your class is scheduled to begin, to ensure that we can accommodate your needs. Please have a date chosen within 45 days of your original class to reschedule for. We will accommodate only one rescheduling.
If rescheduling is required in less than 48 hours before your class starts, like in case of illness or extreme weather conditions, we will allow you to reschedule one time within 21 days of your originally scheduled class.
If you need to reschedule more than one time for any reason, then you will be required to pay full price for a new class.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We understand that things come up and you might need to cancel your spot in a class. In order to request a full refund, please contact us more than seven (7) days before your class is scheduled via email at info@ababysittersbusiness.com. If you do not contact us within seven days, then we will be happy to reschedule you to a new class - see rescheduling policy above.
*** PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE RESCHEDULING A BLENDED CLASS AND YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE ONLINE PORTION, YOU WILL HAVE TO REDO THE ONLINE PORTION FOR THE NEWLY RESCHEDULED BLENDED CLASS. THE COMPLETED ONLINE PORTION DOES NOT TRANSFER. ***
LATE and NO-SHOW POLICY
Because there is a lot of material to cover in the allotted amount of time, class will begin at the time indicated and it is expected that students are in their seats ready to begin at that time. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive fifteen (15) minutes early. If a student is more than five minutes late, they are considered a no-show. We do not refund or reschedule for a no-show student.
